In a Workforce Energy Management™ program - Shift the Map, we scratch ways of working and begin brand new. Sketching out a new map for today's landscape. In that creative process I remove AI and tech access. Relying on the pure untapped minds in the room.

In a recent program for a highly constrained industry (low budget & manning), they had many out of this world solutions. It's in that they discovered an action that would address alot of their energy drainers. Remove the waste...gain capacity.

But here is the key. It wouldn't be led by the current leadership team. It wouldn't be five people sitting around a conference table reviewing slides. It would be a WASTE PARTY. A week long dump zone for employees to put the waste they see in their day-to-day that doesn't bring impact or value.

A committee across departments (future leaders) will review and sort these slips with me as the facilitator and then present to the current leadership team changes THEY want to lead in 2027. I will guide them on these change initiatives for 12-months and that is their NEW leadership development program. It's no longer checklist training sessions. I'll be coaching future leaders on how to create teams that can adapt in real time.
