3️⃣ Take One Step: Now, take one small step toward that goal. Don't worry about the finish line; focus on this single step. Every journey begins with just one move!

4️⃣ Celebrate Progress: Acknowledge and celebrate your achievement, no matter how small. Positive reinforcement fuels motivation!

5️⃣ Repeat and Expand: Once you've built momentum, continue taking small steps, gradually expanding your actions and energy.
